But, we love sharing a good story with a friend, so we sell Sniplits stories DRM-free. Once you've bought and downloaded a story, it's yours to listen to on however many gadgets you like. It also means you can share that story with up to 10 friends.
Sniplits' audio short stories are copyrighted works, however, and we ask you to respect those rights. You may not upload Sniplits fiction to any personal, community or business website, blog or on-line community. You may add a link to the story at Sniplits from your page, blog or website if you like. Specifically, we're about wonderful literary and genre audio fiction for iPods, iPhones, BlackBerries, Nokia, Motorola, Palm and other smartphones, and virtually any other device capable of playing MP3 digital music files. We are particularly committed to introducing and supporting today's short story writers. Sniplits charges for stories, because we believe authors should be able to make a living through their writing, just as an artist is paid for a painting or an engineer is paid to design a mobile phone.

How to Submit Your Stories to Sniplits
Sniplits submissions are currently closed while we try to catch up on our reading. When we re-open submissions we'll place a notice with the writing and submission guidelines at our Authors Room.
Please Join Us
You don't need to be a member of Sniplits to buy a story, but membership is free, there are no obligations to buy a story, and members receive access to the Author Fan Clubs and a free MP3 audio short story each week. Members are also able to save their story purchases in their library to download whenever and as often as they like. Members must be logged in to save stories. Non-members will only be able to download a story once, and only at the time of purchase.
